Ron brings over 12 years of financial and corporate management experience to Champion Signs.  As president, he is responsible for overseeing the management team and driving the company towards continued growth. 

Michael D. Fish – General Manager
Michael’s significant history of manufacturing and customer service experience makes him the ideal expert to serve as general manager of San Diego’s oldest and most trusted real estate signage company, Champion Signs. Fish’s experience has ranged from over 18 years of managing manufacturing facilities to four years of customer service management. His goals at Champion Signs are to streamline the business model, drive more web based business, enhance internal communications, expand the business, oversee significant organizational changes, improve inventory management and drive the company forward in its quest to become the nation’s most successful and trusted real estate signage company. Fish is married with three grown children and lives in Temecula.

Carmen Filmore – Sales/Marketing Manager
Carmen has worked for Champion Signs for over a decade and is the primary contact for all potential and existing customers seeking information regarding Champion Signs’ diverse products and services selection.  Carmen is married with two children and travels frequently with her family.
