Turnaround & Order Policies

 


? When will I get my order?

Champion Signs makes a commitment to our customers to turn around sign requests in an efficient and expedient manner each and every time. 

Most stock items ship the next business day. Custom orders and personalized signs normally ship between
7 - 10 business days upon receiving final order and artwork approval and payment. 

? Rush Service

We understand that sometimes you just need a sign and you need it FAST!  We offer a rush service program designed to meet these last minute sign requests.  Please call our Customer Service Department at 858-751-2900 x2 for information.

? Order Authorization and Approval

This website is designed to make sign ordering simple and efficient.  Please note however, that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all numerical and spelling information is correct prior to placing an order.  DO NOT approve your order unless you are confident that all information is correct.  Changes made to the order following order fulfillment are subject to additional charges and will delay the sign order from being completed.   

? Shipping Specifics

Unless expedited shipment is requested by customer prior to order fulfillment, Champion Signs ships orders as economically as possible.  “Will Call” – Local customers can pick up signs at our Kearny Mesa location. 

? Payment Policy

All orders must be paid prior to order fulfillment and shipment.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, checks, cash and money orders.

? Returns Policy

All returns, questions or modifications to sign orders must be requested by phone through our Customer Service Department at 858-751-2900 x2 within 30 days after receipt of invoice for refund consideration.
